Lesson Steps: We started with our Do Now warm up timeline activity. Then we went into the hall and divided up into two teams with timeline cards. We raced to see which team could put the cards in chronological order. We then returned to class and looked at the day's timeline activity and highlighted the lines that would show us the rise in population over the past 12,000 years. We then reviewed the terrace dance from yesterday. Students then worked in teams to complete the timeline activity and we reviewed before going over tonight;s homework.
